Finding a qualified workforce

Lack of supply chains, artificial intelligence, 4.0 technology, automation and recruitment abroad may be avenues to consider to compensate for the labor shortage in Prescott and Russell industries and SMEs.
Industries and businesses must innovate in terms of recruitment and retention strategies to attract the best talents, in particular by developing their strategy and offering competitive incentives.  The PRDC collaborates with the Prescott-Russell Employment Services Centre (CSEPR) and La Cité to link industries and SMEs with the professionals at the CSEPR to meet the necessary labor needs.
