ORGANIZATION COMMITTEE
The organization committee is composed of a President, a Projects Coordinator and administrative members. The organization committee's role is to:
- decide on the formality of the event and create its content;
- define the objectives; mission and mandate;
- establish a timetable with the identification of those responsible; date and place of the event, registration deadline, evaluation of the businesses, committee meetings;
- offer an quality exposure plan for our partners and sponsors;
- review the business registratons and sponsorship requests;
- launch calls for tenders; photographer, decoration, caterer.
